One man, one wedding too many, on a hilarious search for connection in a world of plus-ones.
Mark used to love weddings. Free food, open bars, and a reason to see friends & dance after you turn 30. But after one too many of his straight friends tie the knot over a summer, this single queer man realises he’s no longer a guest—he’s a recurring character in everyone else’s love story.
Determined not to face another seating plan alone, Mark reluctantly re-enters the modern dating scene. Between disastrous dates, well-meaning friends, and the creeping fear that everyone he loves is moving on without him, he’s forced to ask the big questions: who is he, what does he really want, and why is finding it so complicated.
“Cushen is a brilliantly likeable performer, his personable, naturally comedic energy, immediately getting the audience on side”
