Luke Farrugia (most recently, The Diva in Frank’s Closet) has been obsessed with Judy Garland since he was 8 years old. He decided he eventually had to grow up but along the way he found: Ella, Billie, Xtina, Celine, Barbra, Adele, Gaga….
