We need your help

Having reopened after the pandemic, we are gradually regaining the audiences that we once had and enjoying seeing all of your familiar faces back again. We are making every effort to keep The Union open as we face increased charges for all of our supplies and utilities, but we believe that survival is totally achievable.

However, we are now faced with a bill for all of the rent that we accrued during lockdown. A period of time when we were forced to close and unable to operate.

The bill is for 120K. A staggering amount that is totally unviable from the revenue that we bring in.

So while I was genuinely contemplating a new career, Nellie, my 15-year-old daughter, has been scheming and is determined to keep us open. Nellie has already organised a concert to raise money and has now launched a GoFundMe page.

My children won’t let me give up without a good fight and have inspired me to speak up and start the fight.

If you can spare any amount, it will be hugely appreciated. More than you will ever know.

Lots of Love
Sasha, Bea and Nellie
